The Fernandes are one of my very fondest families to capture. Now that there are two toddlers running around, it makes it a good work out for both myself and the parents. Luckily, Kathryn is experienced when it comes to getting her kids to take portraits, and I have to say that in the past couple of years she's taught me a lot of good ways to get little kids to magically make cute faces and follow directions for a second. We shot at a familiar place for the Fernandes....their own backyard! It was perfect for the outfit changes, snack breaks and random prop finding!
